Still life with old books

I know, the picture looks a bit foggy and the conturs are not that clear. The corner of the room in which the cupboard with the items stood was not very well lit and to take the picture I had to get close and any artificial light source would have been blocked or at least made difficult by me taking the picture. But I think the way the picture looks adds to the books' old-fashioned charm. Or that's what I'm telling myself
